Client had purchased a property which he wanted to use as an office but with a view to let out other offices for extra revenue. Remit was to come up with drawings that would comply with Regulations but get the most amount of offices without sacrificing design.

To Begin With

1st Phase

Sound proofing was an essential requirement we started by building the partition walls up to underside of soffit. Suspended ceiling then installed throughout the entire area. Electrical and Plumbing works carried out.

Complete

Taped and filled joints and 2(No) coats of emulsion paint to all walls. Screed was required to level off existing sub floor. Carpet tiles were then laid.

Client: Very satisfied
