Remit was to design and build 2(No) offices underneath an existing mezzanine structure. Submitted drawings to Building Control. Obtained Building Warrants. Commenced site works. Responsible for partitions, flooring and decoration (electrics by Client).

1st Phase

Lined out existing block walls with plasterboard. Installed Tenon Partitioning with window modules half height, double glazed with integral blinds. Oak doors with glazed vision panels.

Complete

Taped and filled joints for a monolithic finish. Decorated with white emulsion with exception of feature wall. Client requested something bold and striking. Opted for bright orange (similar colour to company’s logo) and to have Company’s Ethos printed centre.

To finish, new floor tiles were laid inside the offices.
